The location proved very accessible! public transport options to both the city center and airport were nearby. i found the hotel quite convenient overall. the room was spacious. The staff members were friendly and did their best to answer questions. they provided all the information we needed.
the parking area felt quite limited and a bit chaotic.

tram station clean room fine restaurant
The tram station was just outside. This made accessing the city center easy. The room was clean, and spacious. I appreciated the convenience for my one night stay. The restaurant downstairs was wonderful and friendly. I enjoyed the fine dining experience it provided.
The room felt a LITTLE small with limited moving space.

The location was AMAZING. The tram stop was right outside. The staff was very friendly and SUPER helpful. The breakfast had a lot of choices and the food was GREAT.
The room was a bit small. There was almost NO moving space. The air conditioning in the room did NOT work. I complained, but no one came to check it out.

solid stay near the city center
helpful team great shower
The team at reception was helpful. We checked in early at 10:30 am. the washroom had great water pressure in the shower. It was also spacious. i appreciated the short tram ride to the main train station. Denner was also very close.
i booked a premium double room online, but my family booked the same room through the hotel and got a much bigger space. i did get a credit. the bed was not very comfortable.

the superior room included a modern washroom that had a great shower. the bed was soft, not ideal for my preference. living space was sufficient for my family.

the reception team helped us check in early. they provided quick assistance with our luggage and questions. the staff readily offered directions to local attractions and restaurants.

This hotel is a short tram ride from the main train station! denner is a very close option for groceries. a kiosk is even closer. Coop and mottos are about a 10-minute walk.

the room was a standard double room it included a work desk. the breakfast buffet had many options including fresh fruit and pastries. a tram stop was right outside the hotel providing easy access to the city center.
the room was a bit warm upon arrival.
